We have moved our support system to Zendesk. If you would like more information about how to log a ticket, you can access the Admin Guide or you can watch a video here. All the Ready documentation and resources can be found in Zendesk as well by clicking on the Ready button on the home screen.
This year Tony Benjamins will be attending the IAEM UCC. We were wondering if you are interested in a Kuali Ready event on the Friday prior to the conference. Research Customer Advisory Group
We have formed a customer advisory group (CAG) for the creation of a unique section within Ready to address the support of research functions. Our CAG participants include:
- Cindy Mohat, The University of Texas at Arlington
- Matthew Shpiner, The University of Miami
- Max Seneff, Case Western Reserve University
- Beverley Wyatt, Ohio University
- Edward Dadosky, The University of Cincinnati
We had our kick-off meeting this week and look forward to helping the community better support research activities on campus in the future.
Canadian Cloud Hosted Ready
The team is currently working to build out Kuali Ready into the new Amazon Web Services region in central Canada. This will allow Canadian customers to use our updated version of Ready and KEEP all their data within Canada. If you know of any Canadian institutions looking for a BCP solution, please let me know!
