Welcome to the Kuali Ready Admin Newsletter. This newsletter will keep you informed of product updates and community news and events.

Community News

Due to low registrations and session proposals, the Ready track at Kuali Days has been canceled; however, the rest of the conference will proceed as planned. I will try again next year so start getting your ideas ready!

Product Updates

Migration status: The goal is to have all institutions migrated to Ready by September 30th of this year. At this point, I have reached out to every institution that has not already migrated or talked to me about their migration schedule. If you cannot make the 9/30 deadline, please contact me to discuss your timeline. The legacy system will be permanently turned off on 12/16/2016. Let me repeat:

LEGACY READY WILL BE PERMANENTLY TURNED OFF ON 12/16/2016

After that date, you will not be able to access data in the legacy system and neither will any Kuali employee. Please give yourself enough time to migrate, test, train and transition your institution BEFORE that date.

Peak Periods Report: Based on feedback from users, we have created a new report. You can find that report under the Plans tab with the title of Peak Periods by Criticality Level. It shows you the number of critical functions that have a peak period within a given month, organized by level of criticality. That's a mouthful but it looks nice. See below.

Works in Progress

Automated plan status: We are currently working on an admin configuration point to turn off/on the automatic change of plan status from Current/Complete to Due for Review. More details soon!
