bring back some canned message to users on empty pages.
"I did want to drop a line to identify something that is causing issues. Even though I train people for 2 hours on the Kuali program, they seem to skip over pages that have nothing on them. For example as a new plan is created and if you go to Information Technology and Central Applications, there is nothing on the page but “Central Applications, and to the right “Add Central Applications”. People aren’t getting that they have to hit the Add Central Application to begin. Since they see nothing on the page, and they don’t read, they skip the page thinking there is nothing for them to do. In the past, there was a question that could be seen.
What I am telling you is not an isolated incident. If people don’t go to the orientation, it is even worse. They will skip all sections that have just the one word on the left side and “Add …” to the right.
Any ideas on how I can improve people filling out the sections? Maybe something on the left with the Element: ex. Key Resources: Skills (Add skills that you need for your unit by clicking the right button? )"
